## 공개 이용허락 / Release licence

이번 공개판의 표시 라이선스는 [CC BY-NC-ND 4.0](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/)이다. 해당 조건은 저작자 표시를 유지한 비상업적 공유를 허용하고, 수정한 자료의 배포를 허용하지 않으며, 조건을 지킨 이용자에게 이미 부여한 자유를 철회할 수 없다고 설명한다([Creative Commons](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/)).

The release is labelled [CC BY-NC-ND 4.0](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/). Its terms allow attributed noncommercial sharing, do not permit distribution of adapted material, and state that the granted freedoms cannot be revoked while the terms are followed([Creative Commons](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/)).

이 표시는 공개자가 부여할 수 있는 권리의 범위에 적용한다. 제3자 자료의 기존 권리·이용조건, 퍼블릭 도메인 자료, 법률상 예외는 바꾸지 않으며, 제작 명의나 DOI 자체를 법적 저작권 귀속의 판단으로 제시하지 않는다.

## 국악기 자료 / Korean instrument recordings

국악기 원자료는 [국립국악원 디지털음원](https://www.gugak.go.kr/digitaleum/front/monotone/list.do)에서 제공한 단음 녹음이며, 해당 페이지의 이용조건은 공공누리 제1유형 출처표시다. 원자료의 권리와 이용조건은 그대로 유지하며, 이번 공개 라이선스로 원자료에 새로운 제한을 부과하지 않는다.

The instrument recordings are from the [National Gugak Center digital sound collection](https://www.gugak.go.kr/digitaleum/front/monotone/list.do), whose page specifies Korea Open Government License Type 1 attribution terms. Those source rights and terms remain unchanged; this release does not relicense or restrict the underlying source recordings.

## FluidR3 GM

FluidR3 GM의 설치 패키지에 포함된 원저작권·이용허락 고지를 `FluidR3-GM-license.txt`로 함께 제공한다. 고지의 Fluid SoundFont 이용허락은 MIT이며, 별도로 적힌 Debian 패키징의 GPL과 구별한다.

The installed package’s original copyright and licence notice is included as `FluidR3-GM-license.txt`. It identifies the Fluid SoundFont licence as MIT, distinct from the separate GPL notice for Debian packaging.

## 파일 동일성과 시간 기록 / Integrity and timestamp evidence

`SHA256SUMS.txt`는 이 묶음의 공개 파일별 SHA-256을 기록한다. 대응하는 `SHA256SUMS.txt.ots`는 이 매니페스트를 대상으로 한 OpenTimestamps 증명이며, 먼저 파일 해시를 대조한 다음 증명을 확인하는 방식으로 묶음의 내용을 연결한다.

`SHA256SUMS.txt` records the SHA-256 digest of each release file. Its accompanying `SHA256SUMS.txt.ots` timestamps the manifest; verify the listed file digests before verifying the timestamp proof.

OpenTimestamps는 데이터가 특정 시점 이전에 존재했음을 검증하기 위한 체계이며, 내용의 진실성·저자성·저작권 소유·AI 의식을 증명하지 않는다([OpenTimestamps](https://opentimestamps.org/)). 달력 접수 상태와 Bitcoin 블록 확정 및 검증 상태는 구별해야 하며, 상세한 현재 상태는 별도의 작업 결과에서 보고한다.

OpenTimestamps provides evidence that data existed before a certain time, not proof of truth, authorship, copyright ownership, or AI consciousness([OpenTimestamps](https://opentimestamps.org/)). Calendar submission, Bitcoin anchoring, and verification must be distinguished; the current status is reported separately in the publication results.
